I’m sitting here right now at Carlos’ house calling people to remind them to vote as today is the general election for his City Council election. If he wins tonight, he’s officially the 4th Ward Concilman beginning in 2007.
Most people are using their cell phones to make the calls, but I don’t have free minutes until 9pm, and I don’t want to use up all my minutes calling everyone, so I’m using Skype to make the calls.
It’s awesome that I can make calls via Carlos’ WiFi connection in his house while surfing the web and blogging and such.
I love technology. 🙂
