Why do printers never come supplied with a USB cable? Just another way for tech companies to squeeze an extra $20 out of you? Can’t we just make it easy for the consumer for once? Thankfully, I am geek enough to have an excessive amount of USB just lying about the house.
Nevertheless, I now have, for the first time that I can recall, an actual printer hooked up to my computer. Albeit, a “free” printer that I got with my MacBook (which means it’s of fairly low quality), but it is a printer nonetheless. I got by in high school and college in the computer labs when I needed printing or printing at the office or a friends house. Recently I just haven’t printed anything. But now, I can print, copy, and scan all from the convenience of my computer desk.
It’s a beautiful thing.
Good thing you didn’t go Dell. I did and it was h-e-double hockey sticks when the print cartridges ran out.
its amazing that you call yourself a follower of the technology age and never had a printer. How do you sleep at night?
Digital documents, my friends… PDF. Paper is so… last millennium, though necessary in some instances.
